WinOut

Although I don't have a pro account, I think there are some good free content stuff here that can be helpful to both new and old players. Also, I like how a lot of it focuses more on improving rather than current stats in the professional scene (although I do enjoy that).
So what are your opinions?

That is actually a good quesiton. If I had to guess though, it's because since the North American CS scene is pretty much dead that very few players are aspiring to improve so therefore the audience that WinOut has is virtually nonexistent. Since very few players actually care about improving in the US/Canada (or about CS for that matter to any degree of seriousness) then it's no surprise that the hard work put in by the guys at WinOut doesn't see much thanks. Oh well, nothing can be done until the right people are put in power of the community. The way things are going now CS will be dead in North America completely very soon since everybody who does have power is going in completely opposite directions and those without it couldn't care two shits if the game died anyways.
